About Me

My name is Brent T. Morgan, the webmaster to BTMorgan.com.  The first version of my website came out in 2003 and have been updating my life online ever since.  I am currently attending Stanford University pursuing graduate studies.  I write this blog/webpage to show my family and friends from afar my life updates.  In the middle of my hobbies, education and career, my availability is limited so I decided to host a personal website expressing my progress in life’s journey.  To contact me, feel free to shoot me an email (see the Contact page).  I am also concerned with the sharing of knowledge I have obtained through the years of training and focus (for example, Rubik’s Cube solutions).

Just as it takes time to build muscle, so does it take time to lose muscle. If you haven’t worked out at ALL while you were injured, you’ll have to work hard to regain the lost muscle. But if you still used it for everyday tasks that required the injured muscle, then it’ll be easier because you won’t have lost as much muscle. 5 months is a pretty long time to stop weight training for, so you’ll probably have to spend around 2 months to 3 months in order to get back up to where you were before, unless you either have good genes or lost only a small amount of muscle.
